1. Website operator and seller

Spirits Select is a trading name used by Ahsan Ghafar, an individual operating as a sole trader. Ahsan Ghafar is the legal seller responsible for contracts concluded through this store.

2. Trading structure

The store is operated as a sole trader business. References to Spirits Select identify the trading name of Ahsan Ghafar and do not identify a separate limited company.

3. Store platform and fulfilment

The website uses Shopify's commerce platform. Shopify's provision of the platform does not replace Ahsan Ghafar as the seller under the customer contract.

Products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and dispatched directly from China. The seller remains responsible for contractual obligations and applicable consumer remedies.

4. Markets and transaction information

The initial sales market is Australia, with transactions in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom may also be accepted when that destination is enabled at checkout.

The applicable currency, product price, delivery charges and taxes collected by the seller are disclosed before the customer places an order.

5. Applicable policies

Purchases are governed by the Terms of service, together with the product information and other terms forming part of the contract. The Return and refund policy and Shipping policy explain relevant customer arrangements. The Privacy policy explains the processing of personal information.

These documents do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

6. Governing law and consumer protection

The laws of England and Wales govern the sales contract, subject to mandatory rules applicable to the consumer.

This does not remove protections available under the Australian Consumer Law or the mandatory consumer laws applicable elsewhere in the United Kingdom. It does not prevent a consumer from using a competent court available under applicable law.

Rights in names, text, photographs, designs and other website materials remain with their respective rights holders. Nothing in this notice grants rights beyond those necessary to use the website, retain transaction records or exercise rights permitted by law.
